You are permitted one checked bag for $25, which has been included in your course fees. It must not exceed 62 inches (length + width + height). It also must also not exceed 50 pounds.
Overweight bag charge, each way!: 51-70 pounds = $100 fee...71-99 pounds = $200 fee
Oversize bag charge: 63-80 inches (L + W + H) = $150 fee
An overweight, oversized bag will cost you both fees!
A second bag costs you $35...and the same overweight and oversize charges apply.
All second-bag, overweight, or oversize charges are your personal financial responsibility at check-in. These charges are not covered in your course fees! Use a lightweight bag and select items from the list of things to bring that are as lightweight as possible. A diving knife (if any), scissors, pocket knife, fingernail clipper, etc. must be in a checked bag. Any computers must NOT be in the checked bag(s); we discourage bringing computers as you will not have access to Wi-Fi on the station, and internet access is provided for you in the GRC computer lab.
You are permitted one personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop, daypack, etc.) that must fit under the seat, so it must be within these dimensions: 17" x 12.5" x 8"
You are also permitted one carry-on bag that must fit within: 22" x 14" x 9"
Any liquids (toothpaste, shaving cream, etc.) in your carry-on bags must be packed according to TSA regulations (containers less than 3.4 ounces or 100 mL, all within one one-quart ZipLok bag.) Larger containers of liquids should go in your checked bag.
Any computers must be carried on; they are not permitted in your checked bag.
